Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You're responsible for all charges on your account and maintaining valid payment information.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided except as required by law or in cases of service failure on our part.
Credits & Usage
Credit System
Each AI tool execution consumes credits from your balance. Different tools may have different credit costs based on computational requirements.
Credit Expiration
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified in your plan. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with 30 days' advance notice via email and dashboard notifications.
AI Outputs & Accuracy
Generated Content
Our AI models generate outputs based on your inputs. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases.
Your Responsibility
You retain full responsibility for reviewing, validating, and using all generated content appropriately.
No Warranties
We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all inputs you provide and outputs you download from our services.
Our Property
MYNQ AI retains all rights to the underlying AI models, platform code, algorithms, and trademarks.
License Grant
You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide our services and improve our AI models.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Liability Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Account Termination
